1. I forgot my password, how can I retrieve it?

If you cannot recall your password, please click on "Forgot your password?" link, fill in your InEx account email address and then hit "Send me reset password instructions" button. You should receive an email from InEx Finance shortly thereafter with further instructions. After you click on the link provided in the email, you will be redirected to our website in order to create a new password and confirm it.

2. My InEx account has been blocked, how can I unlock it?

After too many failed attempts (usually 10) to access your InEx Finance account within a relatively short time frame, the system will temporarily block your account to secure it from possible unauthorized access and send an automatic notification to your mailbox. To remove the blockage, click on "Resend unlock instructions" link on the Sign in page, enter your InEx account email address and then press "Resend unlock instructions" button. An email from InEx Finance containing an authentication link should be sent to your mailbox shortly. As soon as you access this link, your InEx account will be unlocked.

3. I forgot my InEx account email address, what can I do?

If you forgot the email address supplied for your InEx Finance account, please Contact Us for further instructions.

4. Why do I fail to sign in via External Authentication feature?

In order for you to gain successful access to your InEx account, it is imperative that the external authentication service you are using return your email address to us. There may be temporary connection failures between InEx Finance software and the external authentication service which impede us from retrieving your email address while you sign in. In such cases you can either try to sign in later or follow the standard sign-in procedure.
